NAPSW is accepting proposals for the 2027 NAPSW Virtual Conference AND ongoing Continuing Education Series
In addition to our 2027 Virtual Conference being held from April 14-16, 2027, NAPSW is also accepting presentation proposals for its ongoing quarterly online CEU series hosted by our Education Committee. We invite practitioners, researchers, educators, advocates, and individuals with lived experience to submit proposals for presentations, panels, workshops, and discussion sessions. Presenters are encouraged to consider submitting topics for either or both opportunities.

We welcome submissions on topics including:
• Clinical interventions for perinatal mental health
• Grief, loss, and bereavement
• Ethics, law, and reproductive decision-making in the perinatal period
• Policy and systems change
• Infertility and fertility-related mental health
• LGBTQ+ pathways to parenthood
• Mental health support for parents, partners, and families
• Equity, anti-racism, and culturally responsive care
• Immigrant, migrant, and underserved populations
• Trauma-informed and interdisciplinary care
• Substance use and mental health in the perinatal period
• Neurodiversity in the perinatal period, including ADHD and autism
• NICU, hospital, and community-based social work practice
• Research, innovation, and emerging practices
• Provider wellness, self-care, and compassion fatigue

We especially encourage presentations that highlight diverse perspectives and practical strategies for supporting families across the perinatal journey. We welcome individual presentations, panels, workshops, and interactive discussions.
